We select caregivers with values similar to ours. We do this by conducting a value-based interview, thorough checks and Garda Vetting.
How do you match a caregiver to a client?
We ask our clients about their interests and match them with carers with similar interests.
What training do you provide your caregivers?
All of our carers receive comprehensive induction training and Moving & Handling training.
What happens if I don't like a caregiver?
At Big Heart, we take a great deal of care to match the most suitable caregiver with each client. If for whatever reason, our client is not thoroughly satisfied with the caregiver they have, then we will find the right replacement caregiver.

Who insures the carer?
Big Heart Care Services insures all our caregivers. Big Heart Care Services has all mandatory insurances, including comprehensive Public and Liability (€6.5m), Employers Liability (€13m) and Professional Indemnity (€6.5m). All relevant certificates are available for inspection on request.
What kind of services can Big Heart Care Services provide?
We can tailor our services to meet the needs of our clients, whether you need support occasionally or 24/7 care. We can assist with personal care, companionship, shopping and meal preparation, and domestic duties.
